I CHARGE ONE FLAT RATE, NO EXTRA CHARGES!


The price I charge includes a range of extras that other butchers may charge you additional costs for.

Cattle

$4 per kg dress weight* +GST

*Depending on your location

Minimum charge $660 incl. GST

  • Rental of Cool Room for hanging/ageing (4 days)
  • Boned & Packed
  • Vacuumed Packed (prime cuts)
  • Flavoured sausages
  • Travel cost

Sheep

$150 per sheep +GST

Minimum charge $660 incl. GST, I recommend getting multiple done at once.

I have a minimum call out fee of $660 incl. GST. If you were wanting a single sheep or pig done, I recommend teaming up with another farmer or neighbour and getting more than one done at a time. But please don't hesitate to call reguarding your situation.
